At the Slashing Pumpkins, our mission is to bring people together through a shared love of hockey. We aim to create an inclusive and welcoming community where players of all skill levels and backgrounds can enjoy the game, form lasting friendships, and compete in a fun, supportive environment.
Whether on the ice or the roller rink, we believe hockey is more than just a sport—it’s a way to connect people from around the world, foster teamwork, and celebrate the joy of the game. From beginners learning the ropes to seasoned players reliving their glory days, we strive to ensure everyone has a chance to play, grow, and, most importantly, have fun.
Winning is great, but for us, the real victory is the friendships we make, the laughs we share, and the memories we create—both on and off the rink. Together, we’re not just building teams; we’re building a family.

Today, the Slashing Pumpkins participate in more than 10 international tournaments a year, often fielding multiple teams, and have expanded to include a second team, the Fighting Irish, with a third team soon to follow. On the roller side, we’re proud to compete in the veterans’ league with two active teams.
